Create WhatsApp No Match Reply / Non Related Keyword Reply

The no-match reply is used when you still want to send an auto-reply that will respond to no-match keywords. So, any message that is sent to you, that has non-related keywords from the main bot replies, then this message template from no-match will be sent. You can enable or disable this option at any time.

To enable this no-match reply, go to the Bot Manager menu and click on Configurations. Then click enable option for the no-match reply. Then, save the settings.

You can use the default template for no-match reply or you can edit and create a new template message for your no-match reply. To do this, click the Bot Manager menu and go to Action Buttons. Then, click the No-Match option to edit the template.
